摘  要:发表于近代价值观念变革时代的《新民说》,其核心是论证“公德”之培育的重要性及其与“私德”之关系。其中“公德”涉及现代的公民个体和社会国家的关系,“私德”作为“公德”的补充出现,而且须是对往旧“私德”改造之结果。“公德”与“私德”的关系实际上涉及“群己之辩”的争论,因而体现了20世纪初梁启超的群己观念:他通过引进西方思想对传统道德思想作了创造性的转化,以公德—私德论为视角,将其在“群己之辩”中的观点具体化,最终体现了善“群”以成“己”的宗旨。The core of New Citizen Theory published in the era of modern value transformation is to demonstrate the importance of the cultivation of“public morality”and its relationship with“private morality”.On one hand,“public morality”involves the relationship between modern individuals and nation-states;and on the other hand,“private morality”appears as a supplement to“public morality”and the result of the transformation of the old“private morality”.The relationship between“public morality”and“private morality”,in fact,involves the“argument over group and self”,thus embodying Liang Qichao's concept of group and self in the early 20th century:he introduced a creative transformation of traditional moral thought by introducing Western ideas,and concretely embodied the viewpoint of the“argument over group and self”from the public morality—private morality perspective,by which he elaborated his purpose of perfecting the“group”and achieving“self”.
