摘　　要：目的:研究血压变异性(blood pressure variability,BPV)与脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)的危险因素和影像学异常表现之间的相关性,为临床诊治提供理论参考。方法:选择2016-06~2018-12在我院就诊的CSVD患者80例为研究对象,行24 h动态血压监测,计算监测值的标准差、权重标准差和变异系数。利用统计学方法分析BPV与CSVD患者一般资料、血清同型半胱氨酸水平、血脂水平、C-肽水平和头颅MRI异常表现的相关性。结果:80例CSVD患者中36例存在BPV异常。BPV异常患者的年龄、同型半胱氨酸水平、血脂水平和头颅MRI得分均高于BPV正常患者。BPV的变异系数与CSVD的危险因素和头颅MRI异常表现存在相关性。结论:BPV与CSVD患者的危险因素和MRI异常之间存在相关性,检测BPV对CSVD的诊治具有一定参考意义。Objective:To evaluate the correlation between blood pressure variability(BPV)and risk factors,imageology abnormities of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD),and to provide some references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Eighty CSVD patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital as study objects,and all patients underwent 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring examination,and the standard deviation,weighted standard deviation and variability coefficient were calculated.The correlation between the BPV and clinical data,the level of homocysteine,the level of blood fat,the level of C-peptide and MRI abnormal results were analyzed by statistical method.Results:Among 80 patients,36 patients had abnormal BPV.The age,the level of homocysteine,the level of blood fat,the level of C-peptide and MRI score in patients with abnormal BPV was higher than those in normal patients with BPV.There were correlations between BPV,risk factors of CSVD and MRI abnormal results.Conclusion:BPV is correlated with the risk factors and MRI abnormal results in CSVD patients,the detection of BPV has certain reference significance for the diagnosis and treatment of CSVD.
