摘 要:目的:关于贵州百合的成分测定和活性评价较少,本文通过对贵州产不同品种百合多糖的含量的测定和降血糖活性的评价,为进一步对百合的开发提供数据支持。方法:以葡萄糖为标准品,采用硫酸—苯酚法测定多糖含量;采用四氧嘧啶造模。结果:测得3个不同贵州产的百合中多糖的含量,最高为淡黄花百合,最低为野百合;百合多糖能显著降低高血糖大鼠血糖。结论:本实验建立的多糖含量测定方法简便、准确、易操作。不同品种的百合中多糖的含量存在差异,百合多糖具有降糖活性,为百合的进一步开发提供了依据。Objective: This paper measured the polysaccharide content of different varieties of Lily from Guizhou province and evaluated its hypoglycemic activity,to provide data support for the further development of Lily. Methods: The content of polysaccharide was determined by sulphuric acid-phenol method. The mold was made with alloxan. Results: The content of polysaccharides in 3 lilies from guizhou was measured,the highest was Lilium sulphureum Baker,the lowest was wild lily. Lilium polysaccharide can significantly reduce the blood glucose of hyperglycemia rats. Conclusion: The content of polysaccharide in different varieties of Lily was different,and lily polysaccharide had hypoglycemic activity,which provided the basis for the further development of Lily.
