摘 要:目的探讨视觉功能训练联合强化遮盖综合治疗单眼弱视儿童的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年10月收治的80例单眼弱视儿童作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受强化遮盖治疗,观察组在此基础上加用视觉功能训练综合治疗。比较两组的知觉水平眼位、单眼视力及视觉敏感度变化。结果两组患儿治疗前的知觉水平眼位比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的知觉水平眼位均明显低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的知觉水平眼位低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前的单眼视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的单眼视力均高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的单眼视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿不同空间频率的视觉敏感度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视觉功能训练联合强化遮盖综合治疗可有效降低单眼弱视儿童知觉水平眼位,提高其单眼视力及视觉敏感度。Objective To investigate the effect of visual function training combined with intensive eye-shade in the comprehensive treatment of monocular amblyopia of children.Methods A total of 80 children with monocular amblyopia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given intensive eye-shade treatment,and the observation group was given comprehensive treatment of visual function training based on the control group.The changes of horizontal perception eye position,monocular vision and vision sensitivity were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the horizontal perception eye position between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The horizontal perception eye position in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the horizontal perception eye position of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the monocular vision between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The monocular vision of two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the monocular vision of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vision sensitivity in different spatial frequency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual function training combined with intensive eye-shade in the comprehensive treatment of monocular amblyopia of children can decrease the horizontal perception eye position,and increase the monocular vision and vision sensitivity.
