运用思维导图构建知识网络在骨科规范化培训护士中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨运用思维导图构建知识网络在骨科规范培化训护士中的应用。方法选取2017级、2018级和2019级的80例规范化培训护士作为研究对象,将骨科一病区培训期间使用思维导图的规培护士纳入试验组(40例),将骨科二病区培训期间进行传统培训的规培护士纳入对照组(40例)。比较两组培训后的注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)评分、对规范化培训的总满意度以及出科考核成绩,并分析护士核心能力及出科考核成绩的相关性。结果培训后,试验组的CIRN评分、出科考核成绩、培训总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson分析,试验组规培护士思维导图得分与护士核心能力及出科考核成绩均成正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论将思维导图构建知识网络运用在骨科规范培训护士中的效果较好,能显著提升护士的核心能力、出科考核成绩以及培训满意度;并且护士思维导图得分与核心能力与出科考核成绩均成正相关。Objective To explore the application of mind map to construct knowledge network in standardized training of orthopedics nurses.Methods Eighty standardized nurses in grades 2017,2018 and 2019 were selected as research objects.The nurses who used mind map during the training of the first ward of the orthopedics department were included in the experimental group(40 cases).Traditionally trained nurses during the training of the second ward of the orthopedics department were included in the control group(40 patients).The registered nurse core competency scale(CIRN)scores,total satisfaction with standardized training,and examination performance were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the core competence and examination performance was analyzed.Results After training,the CIRN score,the examination performance,and the total training satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to Pearson analysis,the score of the mind map of nurses trained in the experimental group was positively correlated with the core competence and the examination performance of nurses(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind map to construct knowledge network in orthopedic standardized training nurses has a better effect,it can significantly improve the nurse′s core competence,examination performance,and training satisfaction,and the score of the mind map of nurses in the experimental group is positively correlated with the core competence and the examination performance of nurses.
