小学全科师范生的从业素质提升研究

摘  要:为了改变农村小学教师队伍不稳定现状,增强小学全科师范生职业认同,提高从业素质,应遵循三项原则:思政课程与课程思政相结合原则;学生全面发展与个人特长相结合原则;服务社会和提升自我相结合原则。为实现上述原则,小学全科师范生的从业素质具体提升途径包括:贯彻课程思政教育;注重特长培养;培养终生学习的能力;改革考核机制,全面评价小学全科师范生从业素质。In order to change the unstable situation of rural primary school teachers and improve the professional quality of general normal students in primary schools,three principles should be followed:the principle of combining ideological and political courses as well as ideology and politics in the other courses;the principle of combining students'all-round development with their personal characteristics;and the principle of combining social service and self-improvement.In order to achieve the above principles,the specific ways to improve the professional quality of general normal students in primary schools include:implementing the ideological and political education of the curriculum;paying attention to the cultivation of special skills;cultivating the ability of lifelong learning;reforming the assessment mechanism and comprehensively evaluating the professional quality of general normal students.
