摘 要:本研究将课程与教学改革、校企合作共建与智能制造实验班、技能竞赛人才选拔相结合,以技能竞赛人才梯队和智能制造教改实验班的选拔与培养为突破口,以机电一体化专业为例,研究了传统专业在智能制造背景下,科学地进行专业方向调整和课程体系构建的策略与方法;探索了高技能人才的层次化培养方案,以及通过竞赛、创新平台发掘与培养高技能拔尖人才的具体实践;提出一流职业院校主动承担满足智能制造时代需要的高技能拔尖人才培养的迫切性与重要性.Course and teaching reform,school-enterprise co-construction,intelligent manufacturing experimental class and skill competition talent selection are integrated to explore and practice how to establish an effective talent cultivation plan.Taking the selection and cultivation of skill competition talent team and intelligent manufacturing class as breakthroughs,highly skilled and innovative talent selection and cultivation method under the background of intelligent manufacturing was studied and practiced.Taking the mechatronics major as an example,how to scientifically adjust traditional major and build course system for intelligent manufacturing demand was studied.A hierarchical training program and competition-innovation platform for highly skilled personnel was explored to satisfy the demands of intelligent manufacturing technology.
