摘 要:为研究开发具有能量回收功能的汽车辅助制动装置,在分析比较几种辅助制动装置性能特性基础上,说明研究开发自励式缓速器(self-excited retarder,SER)的必要性,介绍了自励式缓速器的工作原理,分析了国内外有关自励式缓速器的研究进展,总结了自励式缓速器的关键技术,包括缓速器发电机理、发电量控制、制动力矩的计算与控制、热管理与冷却方式等。未来自励式缓速器的研究重点是:缓速器发电量的提升与发电品质优化;发电模式与缓速模式切换控制;能量管理与热平衡方式;自励式缓速器与主制动系的匹配设计和协调控制等。In order to develop the automobile auxiliary braking device with energy recovery technology,the necessities of researching and developing the SER(Self-excited Retarder)were explained on the basis of analyzing and comparing the performances of several auxiliary braking devices.Meanwhile,the working principles of SER were introduced.The latest research progress of SER at home and abroad was analysed and the key technologies of SER were also summarized,including generator mechanism,power generation control,braking torque calculation and control,thermal management and cooling mode,etc.In the future,the research focus of self-excited retarders should be power generation improvement and power generation quality optimization,switching control between power generation mode and retardation mode,energy management and thermal balance,as well as matching design between SER and main braking system.
