学术型硕士研究生学业挑战性压力及其对学术信念的影响

摘　　要：基于某“双一流”高校S大学334名学术型硕士研究生的调查数据,探讨研究生学业挑战性压力的整体情况及其对学术信念的影响。研究表明,研究生学业挑战性压力处于中等水平,学业挑战性压力存在城乡及专业跨度的显著差异;学业挑战性压力中的高阶能力挑战性压力对学术信念有显著负向影响,尤其对学术情感影响显著。据此,研究提出为研究生创设恰当的学业挑战性环境,在唤起学生高度兴奋的同时使其保持低度的压力;关注学生学业挑战性压力的群体差异;积极构建“可见的学习”模式推动研究生高阶能力培养。This study is based on the survey data of 334 academic postgraduates from S University in a"Double First-Class"university,and the overall situation of the academic challenge stressor on postgraduate academics and its impact on academic belief are discussed.Academic challenge stressor has variances in urban-rural and the professional spans.High-level competence in academic challenge stressor has a significant negative impact on academic belief,especially on academic sentiment.Based on this,the research proposes to create an appropriate academic challenging environment for graduate students,keep students under a high level of stress while arousing high excitement,pay attention to the group differences of students′academic challenge stressors and actively build a"visible learning"model to promote graduate students′higher-level capacity.
