摘　　要：在新工科背景下,分析了地州高校工程训练课程存在的问题,结合工程教育改革的要求,提出以工程训练课程为突破口,加强与地区行业、企业协作,优化工程训练教学环境、开展工程训练项目库建设、强化工程型师资队伍培养、打通线上线下教学资源的改革思路。通过构建虚实结合、校企融合的工程训练环境,创新教学方法,探索校企协同育人新模式,进一步提升地州高校学生的工程意识和工程能力。This paper analyzes the problems of engineering training courses in regional universities in the context of new engineering.Therefore,combined with the requirements of engineering education reform,the paper puts forward the engineering training courses as a breakthrough point to strengthen cooperation with regional industries and enterprises,and also optimizes the engineering training teaching environment.Meanwhile,it canwork in carrying out the construction of engineering training project library,strengthening the training of engineering teachers,and opening up the reform ideas of online and offline teaching resources as well.By establishing an engineering training environment combining school with enterprise,integrating teaching and innovation,and innovating teaching methods,exploring a new model of school-enterprise collaboration and educating people to further improve the engineering awareness and engineering ability of college students in regional universities.
