摘 要:探讨多元化教学模式在深静脉血栓超声诊断教学上的应用效果,为临床教学实践提供理论依据。文章探索多元化教学模式在深静脉血栓超声诊断教学模式的应用效果。将2019年12月在山东大学附属山东省立第三医院的30名院特检科实习同学,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组均为15名,进行深静脉血栓的超声诊断教学,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用多元化教学模式,记录并对比两组实习同学的学习效果。观察组实习同学对于深静脉血栓的理论基础知识和超声诊断技能的考核结果明显优于对照组。观察组实习同学对深静脉血栓理论知识重点和超声诊断难点的掌握程度均高于对照组,学习积极性也好于对照组,两组结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元化教学模式应用于深静脉血栓的超声诊断教学实践中,不仅可以有效夯实专业理论基础,提高超声诊断能力,还可以提升学习兴趣,增强自主学习的能力,从而提高临床实践教学效果,值得在临床教学中推广应用。To explore the application effect of diversified teaching mode in the teaching of ultrasonic diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical teaching practice.This paper explores the application effect of multiple teaching mode in the teaching mode of ultrasonic diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis.The ultrasound diagnosis teaching of deep vein thrombosis was carried out in the control group.The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group,and the diversified teaching mode was adopted in the observation group.The learning effects of the two groups of interns were recorded and compared.The students in the observation group were better than those in the control group in the basic knowledge of deep vein thrombosis and the examination results of ultrasonic diagnosis skills.The students in the observation group had a higher mastery of the theoretical knowledge of DVT and the difficulty of ultrasound diagnosis than those in the control group,and their learning enthusiasm was better than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of diversified teaching mode in the teaching practice of ultrasonic diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis can not only effectively consolidate the theoretical basis of the specialty,improve the ability of ultrasonic diagnosis,but also enhance the interest in learning,enhance the ability of independent learning,so as to improve the effect of clinical practice teaching,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical teaching.
