摘 要:Li2O可以大幅降低CaO基熔渣的黏度,是高速连铸保护渣中必不可少的组分。由于高温黏度试验困难,模型预报是获取熔渣黏度数据的重要方法,然而,目前还没有专门关于含Li2O熔渣黏度的预报模型。在现有试验数据的基础上,利用Weymann-Frenkel方程和Shankar修正的光学碱度表达式,建立了可预报CaO基含Li2O熔渣黏度的新模型。新模型对含Li2O的CaO-Al2O3基渣系、CaO-SiO2基渣系和CaO-SiO2-Al2O3基渣系的黏度预报值与试验结果吻合较好,预报误差小于现有黏度经验模型。此外,还试验研究了Li2O含量对CaO-Al2O3-Li2O三元熔渣黏度的影响,并利用新模型对相关试验数据进行预报,计算值与试验结果吻合度较高。Li2O can greatly reduce the viscosity of CaO-based slags,is an essential component of protective slags for high-speed continuous casting.Because of the difficulty of high temperature viscosity test,model prediction is an important method to obtain data on slag viscosity.However,there is no specific model to predict the viscosity of these slags at present.Based on the existing viscosity data,a new model for predicting the viscosity of slags containing Li2O was established by using Weymann-Frenkel equation and the optical basicity expression corrected by Shankar.The predicted viscosity values of the new model for CaO-Al2O3-based slag system,CaO-SiO2-based and CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-based slag systems with Li2O were in good agreement with the experimental results,and the prediction error was smaller than those of other existing empirical models.In addition,the influence of Li2O content on the viscosity of CaO-Al2O3-Li2O ternary slags was studied experimentally,and the relevant experimental results were predicted by the new model,being in good agreement with the calculated values too.
