摘  要:为了实时了解手持电动工具的运动状态,及时判断其是否处于安全状态,该文通过集成三轴MEMS加速度计和三轴MEMS陀螺仪传感器,构建了由手持电动工具运动角速度与加速度信息采集模块、原始数据读取及初步解算与判断处理单片机模块、将转换信号发送至上位机的串口模块、蓝牙无线传输模块、轨迹与姿态进一步解算优化的上位机等组成的手持电动目标运动状态的三维定位监测系统,该系统可将手持电动工具实时监测所获运动状态与预先建立的安全运行状态下的可行域数据库比较,判断手持电动工具运动是否处于安全状态,可作为后期手持电动工具安全控制技术开发的监测预警平台。In order to know the motion state of the hand-held electric tool in real time and judge whether it is in a safe state in time.A monitoring system of three dimensional positioning to hand-held electric tool motion state is constructed by integrating three axes MEMS accelerometer and three-axis MEMS gyroscope sensor.Which are composed of information collection module to hand-held electric tool motion angular velocity and acceleration,original data reading and preliminary calculation and judgment processing single-chip module,serial port module to send the conversion signal to the upper computer,bluetooth wireless transmission module,upper computer to further solve and optimize the trajectory and attitude.The system can compare the real-time motion state of the hand-held electric tool with the feasible domain database under the pre-established safe operation state,and judge whether the hand-held electric tool is in the safe state.It can be used as the monitoring and early warning platform for the later development of the safety control technology of the hand-held electric tool.
