摘　　要：分别展开了桁架钢筋混凝土叠合板预制底板的脱模吊装过程试验和模拟施工荷载下的一次性加载试验,获得了吊装过程预制底板桁架钢筋应力特征及施工阶段变形特征。由试验结果,经力学分析计算,验证了规范中脱模吸附力大小的实用性,其试验最大值比规程中规定值(1.5 kN/m^2)小32.9%左右。通过理论对比分析,桁架间距对预制底板施工阶段的力学性能影响显著;通过刚度分析,验证了短期刚度公式拟合度较好。Respectively on the truss reinforced concrete composite plate precast floor stripper hoisting process test and simulation of the one-time loading under construction load test,the hoisting process of precast floor truss reinforcement stress characteristics and deformation characteristics of the construction phase.According to the test results,through mechanical analysis and calculation,the practicability of demoulding adsorption force in the specification is verified.The maximum value of the test is about 32.9%smaller than the specified value in the regulation(1.5 kN/m^2).Through theoretical comparison and analysis,the spacing between trusses has a significant impact on the mechanical properties of precast floor construction stage.Through the stiffness analysis,it is verified that the short-term stiffness formula fits well.
