基于质量、创新、特色理念的硕士研究生培养定位思考——以佛山科学技术学院为例

摘　　要：以佛山科学技术学院为例,以满足佛山产业升级需求为目的,分析了学校研究生培养的历程、现状、成效与存在的问题,基于国家研究生教育未来的发展方向与重点,探讨“质量为根,育才为本,立德树人,创新引领,特色亮剑”的研究生培养定位,阐述了定位内容之间的关系,分析了佛山科学技术学院未来研究生培养的重点工作内容、发展方向与建设措施。In this paper,taking Foshan university as an example,we analyze the course,current situation,effect,and deficiency of graduate student cultivation focusing on meeting the industrial upgrading needs of Foshan.According to the future development direction and key points of national graduate education,we explore the orientation of graduate student training of“quality insurance,talent cultivation,strengthen moral education,innovation leading,feature creation”.And the relationship between the positioning contents is discussed and analyzed from the key work content,development direction and construction measures of the future graduate training in Foshan University.
