高职智库建设研究——兼谈黎明职业大学智库建设

摘　　要：高职院校肩负着培养高技术技能人才的重要职责,高职智库建设不仅是积极响应国家政策更是高职院校加强内涵建设和开展社会服务的体现。高职院校智库建设近年来取得了一定成绩,但在建设中也存在一些问题,如主体协作不紧密、渠道不顺畅、交流与合作层次须提高等。针对困境,高职院校须明确智库建设方向,以人才培养为出发点,以服务地方区域发展为核心,以建设配套运行机制为保障,建设高水平的高职智库。Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating high-tech and highly-skilled talents.The construction of higher vocational think tank is not only an active response to the national policy,but also an embodiment of the connotation needs and social functions of higher vocational colleges.Recent years have witnessed certain achievements in the construction of think tank in Liming Vocational University,but there also exist many problems in the construction process,such as the lack of close collaboration among the main bodies,the lack of smooth channels,and the level of communication and cooperation to be enhanced.In view of this dilemma,higher vocational colleges must make clear the direction of think tank construction,and build a high-level higher vocational think tank via proceeding from talent training,focusing on social services to regional development,and building a sup・porting operation mechanism.
