摘  要:过程装备与控制工程专业课程体系与人才培养质量密切相关,但在具体实践中存在培养目标不清晰、理论教学与实践教学课时比例不合理、课程考核评价形式单一等问题。为此,应依据工程教育专业认证理念,从人才培养目标、毕业要求、专业课程体系构建和课程评价四个方面,加强以食品装备为特色的课程体系内涵建设,探索以学生为中心,知识、能力、素养全面提升的工程技术型人才培养路径。The curriculum system of Process Equipment and Control Engineering counts much in cultivating talents of high quality,but there exist problems such as unclear curriculum objectives,unreasonable proportion of theory and practice teaching,and single ways of curriculum assessment and evaluation,and so on.Hence,it is necessary to strengthen the connotation construction of the curriculum system with the characteristics of food equipment and explore approaches of training engineering and technical talents of comprehensive improvement in knowledge,ability and quality according to the concept of professional certification from the aspects of talent training objectives,requirement for graduation,professional curriculum system construction and curriculum evaluation.
