中美大学生领导力教育与培养的比较研究

摘　　要：大学生是引领未来社会发展的重要力量,大学阶段是学生领导力培养的黄金时期。大学生领导力教育研究对把控我国大学生领导力培养方向,前瞻性开发与储备领导人才战略性资源具有重要意义。在认知领导力概念和大学生领导力内涵的基础上,通过对中美两国大学生领导力教育与培养理论与实践的比较研究,客观分析了美国在大学生领导力培养方面取得的成果及值得借鉴的经验。根据美国大学生领导力教育和培养的启示,结合中国高等教育实际,提出了将大学生领导力教育纳入国家人才培养战略、高校制定可行的大学生领导力培养发展计划、整合社会资源拓展大学生领导力培养实践渠道等适合中国新时期大学生领导力培养的策略。College students are important force to lead the development of the future society.The university stage is a golden period for the cultivation of student leadership.The research on the leadership education of college students is of great significance to control the direction of college students’leadership development in China,and to develop and reserve strategic resources of leadership talents.Based on the concept of cognitive leadership and the connotation of college student leadership,this paper objectively analyzes the achievements and merits of college student leadership training in the United States through a comparative study of the theory and practice of college student leadership education and training between China and the United States Learn from experience.According to the enlightenment of leadership education and culture in American college students,combined with the reality of Chinese higher education,this paper puts forward the integration of university student leadership education into the national talent training strategy,colleges and universities develop feasible college student leadership training development plans,integrate social resources to expand college student leadership training practices Channels and other strategies suitable for the cultivation of university students’leadership in the new era.
