美国非营利性民办高校管理经验与启示

摘　　要：美国私立高等教育历史悠久,长期处于世界领先地位。在多年发展历程中,形成了相对成熟的非营利性私立高校管理机制。研究发现,近年来,我国民办教育行政管理虽取得长足进步,但仍存在管理越位,政策不能精准落地,资助体系不完善等问题。通过借鉴美国非营利私立高校管理经验,为我国尚处分类管理初期的民办非营利高校管理提供经验,进一步完善我国非营利性民办高校管理机制,促进非营利性民办高校的健康发展。With a time-honored history,the private higher education in the United States has taken a leading position in the world;and has formed a quite sound management mechanism of non-profit private universities through years of development.Research has shown that despite the considerable progress in China′s private education administration,there are issues still have to be addressed such as the overuse of management authority and default in funding systems.The still incubated management of Chinese private non-profit universities can utilize the experience in America,which will optimize the management mechanism and ensure a stable development of those universities in China.
