摘　　要：从医学研究证据概念与分类入手,较详细讨论了随机分配、统计分析、研究结论、文献研究和证据力的局限性,并提出了相应的观点与建议,旨在进一步厘清医学研究证据认识的误区,以便更好地认识与正确地选用医学研究证据。This paper first discussed the concept and classification of medical research evidence,and then explored the limitations of random assignment,statistical analysis,research conclusion,literature review and evidence power in detail.It put forward the corresponding views and suggestions,so as to further clarify the misconceptions about the evidence in medical research,better understand and correctly select medical research evidence.
