摘 要:华中地区农作物秸秆资源丰富,合理利用可缓解该地区畜牧养殖饲料成本过高的问题。试验采集华中地区规模推广的25个小麦品种的秸秆,分别测定其粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维等营养指标的含量,使用SPSS软件对其进行主成分分析,并对主成分综合分值进行聚类分析,初步构建有效评价小麦秸秆饲用品质的综合评价模型。主成分分析结果显示,25个小麦品种秸秆的营养品质存在差异,由高到低依次为:洛旱12>郁金香>川红1号>周麦12>洛麦18>周麦35>周麦23>周麦28>焦麦266>温麦28>德研8号>温6>矮抗58>开麦18>字十麦>太学12>郑育麦9976>富麦2008>周麦16>百农207>周麦21>中泓8>舜麦1718>济麦4号>丰德存1号。聚类分析结果显示,洛旱12为一类;郁金香为一类;川红1号、周麦12、洛麦18、周麦35和周麦23为一类;舜麦1718、济麦4号为一类;丰德存1号为一类;焦麦266、温麦28、德研8号、温6、矮抗58和开麦18为一类;字十麦、太学12、郑育麦9976、富麦2008、周麦16、百农207、周麦21和中泓8为一类。综合分析可得,洛旱12、郁金香、川红1号、周麦12和洛麦18等品种秸秆的营养品质较高。There are abundant crop straw resources in Central China.Reasonable utilization of crop straw resources can alle\|viate the problem of excessive animal feed cost in the area.The straw of 25 wheat varieties popularized in Central China was collected,and the contents of crude protein,ether extract,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were measured respectively.The principal component analysis was conducted by SPSS software,and the comprehensive score of principal components was analyzed by cluster analysis.The comprehensive evaluation model of feeding quality of wheat straw was preliminarily established.The results of principal component analysis showed that the nutrient quality of 25 wheat varieties was different,and the order from high to low was:Luohan 12>Chuanhong 1>Zhoumai 12>Luomai 18>Zhoumai 35>Zhoumai 23>Zhoumai 28>Jiaomai 266>Wenmai 28>Deyan 8>Wen 6>Aikang 58>Kaimai 18>Zishimai>Taixue 12>Zhengyumai 9976>Fumai 2008>Zhoumai 16>Bainong 207>Zhoumai 21>Zhonghong 8>Shunmai 1718>Jimai 4>Fengdecun 1.The results of cluster analysis showed that Luohan12 was one group,Yujinxiang was one group,Chuanhong 1,Zhoumai 12,Luomai 18,Zhoumai 35 and Zhoumai 23 were in the same group,Shunmai 1718 and Jimai 4 were in the same group,Fengdecun 1 was one group,Jiaomai 266,Wenmai 28,Deyan 8,Wen 6,Aikang 58 and Kaimai 18 were in the same group,Zishimai,Taixue 12,Zhengyumai 9976,Fumai 2008,Zhoumai 16,Bainong 207,Zhoumai 21 and Zhonghong 8 were in the same group in a group.The comprehensive analysis indicated that the nutritive values of Luohan12,Yujinxiang,Chuanhong 1,Zhoumai 12 and Luomai 18 were better.
