摘　　要：目的分析西安市第一医院眶蜂窝织炎患者的诊断和治疗特点。方法回顾性分析西安市第一医院22例眶蜂窝织炎患者的临床资料及治疗特点。结果在22例患者中,男12例(54.5%),女10例(45.5%);年龄最小为8个月20 d,最大为80岁,年龄中位数为37岁,均为单眼发病。病原学送检11例(50.0%),其中有1例(9.1%)血培养为链球菌属。眶蜂窝织炎的治疗抗生素主要为头孢菌素类抗生素,以三代头孢使用频率最高。有5例(22.7%)患者行手术切开引流。22例患者经过积极抗感染治疗后眼睑红肿消退,炎症反应减轻。结论眶蜂窝织炎细菌培养阳性率较低,一经诊断,应尽早使用广谱抗生素治疗,控制并发症,当脓肿形成后需及时切开引流。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of orbital cellulitis patients in Xi'an No.1 hospital.Methods The clinical data and treatment characteristics of 22 patients with orbital cellulitis in Xi'an No.1 hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 22 patients,12 were male(54.5%)and 10 were female(45.5%);the minimum age was 8 months and 20 days,the maximum age was 80 years old,and the median age was 37 years old,all were monocular affected.Eleven cases(50.0%)were sent for etiological examination,and 1 case(9.1%)was Streptococcus.Cephalosporins are the main antibiotics for orbital cellulitis,and the third generation cephalosporins are the most frequently used antibiotics.Five cases(22.7%)underwent surgical incision and drainage.After active anti-infective treatment,the eyelids redness and swelling subsided and the inflammation was alleviated in 22 patients.Conclusion The positive rate of bacterial culture of orbital cellulitis is low.Once diagnosed,broad-spectrum antibiotics should be used as soon as possible to control the complications.When the abscess forms,incision and drainage should be done in time.
