阴道镜引导下的LEEP刀术治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果

摘　　要：目的观察阴道镜引导下的宫颈环形电切(LEEP)刀术治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果。方法将我院收治的120例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)Ⅱ及以上病变患者按手术方式分为对照组(60例,常规手术)和观察组(60例,阴道镜引导下LEEP刀术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后6个月的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间、引流时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组各项SQLI评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜引导下的LEEP刀术治疗宫颈癌前病变患者的效果较佳,可减少并发症发生风险,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)knife surgery guided by colposcopy in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)Ⅱand above admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(60 cases,conventional operation)and observation group(45 cases,LEEP knife operation guided by colposcopy)by the operation modes.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate at 6 months after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,drainage time,wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss valume was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the scores of SQLI in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP knife surgery guided by colposcopy in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions has a better effect,it can reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life.
