中厚板角部横裂纹缺陷分析

摘　　要：中厚板角部横裂纹是中厚板常见的质量问题,严重制约了中厚板质量提升和品种开发。通过金相观察、扫描电镜和能谱分析等手段,对中厚板Q460C角部横裂纹进行了分析,根据分析结果可以判定裂纹来源于连铸坯角部横裂纹。对影响铸坯裂纹的工艺、设备情况进行了排查和整改,使中厚板角部横裂纹得到了有效控制,裂纹发生率由0.8%降至0.5%。Transverse corner crack is a common quality problem of medium plate,which seriously restricts the quality improvement and variety development of medium plate.In this paper,the Q460C transverse corner crack was analyzed by means of metallographic observation,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.According to the results,it can be determined that the crack originates from the transverse crack at the corner of continuous casting slab.The process and equipment conditions affecting the crack of the slab were investigated and rectified,so that the transverse corner cracks of the slab were effectively controlled,and the incidence of cracks decreased from 0.8%to 0.5%.
