摘  要:目的探讨在临床护理带教学中实施临床路径式教学法的效果分析。方法选择于2018年1月—2018年12月在江西省兴国县人民医院实习的66名护生,将其根据随机数字表法分为实验组和传统组,每组33名。实验组在临床护理带教中实施临床路径教学法,传统组则采取传统的带教方法,比较实验组和传统组护生的理论成绩评分和实践成绩评分以及对于带教方法的满意度。结果实验组护生的理论成绩评分以及实践成绩评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组护生对于带教方法的满意度32例(96.97%),传统组的满意度为26例(78.79%),实验组满意度显著高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床护理带教中采取临床路径式教学法,带教效果十分理想。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 66 nursing students who were interned in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into two groups,with 33 students in experimental group and 33 students in traditional group,according to the method of digital random table.The experimental group implemented the clinical pathway teaching method in clinical nursing teaching,while the traditional group adopted the traditional teaching method.The theoretical and practical scores of nursing students in the experimental group and the traditional group were compared,as well as their satisfaction with the teaching method.Results The theoretical and practical scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the traditional group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students with the teaching method in the experimental group was 32 cases(96.97%),and that in the traditional group was 26 cases(78.79%).The satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method is very effective in clinical nursing teaching.
