摘　　要：《黄帝内经》乃中医四大经典之首,其理论和方法千百年来一直有效地指导着中医临床实践。本文就《黄帝内经》"肾者,主蛰,封藏之本,精之处也"理论及其在临床中的应用,谈点个人的体会,主要包括:肾主蛰藏的含义、生理作用以及蛰藏不及和蛰藏太过的病理表现,肾主蛰藏理论在临床中的应用,并举验案加以论证,进一步说明读好经典、用好经典的重大意义。Huangdi Neijing is the first of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine,and its theory and method have been effectively guiding the clinical practice of Chinese medicine for thousands of years.This article discusses the theory of"kidney as collecting the fundamental function and the place that holding essence"and its application in clinical practice.It mainly includes the meaning,physiological function and pathological manifestation of the kidney,and the simultaneous examination of the case to prove the significance of reading the classic and using the classic.
