养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸多奈哌齐对脑卒中后认知障碍患者认知功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法:纳入2016年12月—2019年11月收治的118例患者进行研究。依据随机对照原则分为2组,每组59例。对照组予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗;观察组联合使用养血清脑颗粒治疗。治疗1个月后,观察ADL评分、MMSE评分、疗效、不良反应发生情况、免疫功能改善情况。结果:观察组各评分明显增加,同干预前以及对照组进行比较,差异显著;观察组有效率较高,组间比较,差异显著;2组不良反应比较,差异不显著;观察组免疫功能明显增加,同干预前以及对照组进行比较,差异显著。结论:对脑卒中后认知障碍患者,通过联合使用养血清脑颗粒以及盐酸多奈哌齐进行治疗,可以较好的改善患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,疗效较好,而且并不会增加患者的不良反应发生情况,还可以提高患者的免疫功能,应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with donepezil hydrochloride on cognitive function and ability of daily living in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:118 patients admitted from December 2016 to November 2019 were included in the study.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into 2 groups,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride;the observation group was treated with Yangxue Qingnao granule.After 1 month of treatment,observe the ADL score,MMSE score,curative effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,and improvement of immune function.Results:The scores of the observation group increased significantly,compared with the pre-intervention and the control group,the difference was significant;the observation group had a higher effective rate,and the difference between the groups was significant;the adverse reactions between the two groups were not significant;the observation group had obvious immune function Increase,compared with before the intervention and the control group,the difference is significant.Conclusion:For patients with cognitive impairment after stroke,the combined use of Yangxue Qingnao Granules and donepezil hydrochloride can better improve the patients’ cognitive function and ability of daily living.The effect is good,and it does not increase the patient’s The occurrence of adverse reactions can also improve the patient’s immune function and has high application value.
