针刺联合中药熏蒸对风寒型急性周围性面瘫患者面部神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合中药熏蒸对风寒型急性周围性面瘫患者面部神经功能的影响,分析临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的风寒型周围性面瘫患者100例按随机数字表法分为针刺组和联合组各50例,针刺组患者采用针刺治疗,联合组采用针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗。2组均治疗4周,比较2组患者治疗前后的面部神经功能、中医证候积分,评价临床疗效。结果:联合组有效率(96.00%)高于针刺组有效率(82.00%);治疗后1、3周联合组 H-B分级评分均低于针刺组;联合组治疗后各中医证候评分均低于针刺组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:对急性期风寒型周围性面瘫患者采用针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗,效果良好,利于改善面部神经功能。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on facial nerve function in patients with wind-cold acute peripheral facial paralysis,and analyze the clinical efficacy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cold-induced peripheral facial paralysis who met the selection criteria in our hospital’s internal medicine department were divided into acupuncture group and combined group according to the random number table method.Each of the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture and the combined group was treated with acupuncture Combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Compare facial nerve function and TCM syndrome scores of two groups of patients before and after treatment to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group (96.00%) was higher than that of the acupuncture group (82.00%) (P <0.05);the HB grading scores of the combined group were lower than that of the acupuncture group at 1 and 3 weeks after treatment (P <0.05);The scores of TCM syndromes in the combined group were lower than those in the acupuncture group after treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment in patients with acute cold-type peripheral facial paralysis is effective and beneficial to improve facial nerve function.
