Objective:To explore the value of Shengxue decoction combined with Xelox chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of patients with metastatic colon cancer.Methods:82 patients with metastatic colon cancer were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by randomization, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received Xelox chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with Shengxue decoction on the basis of the control group for a total of 21 days. The clinical efficacy, immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.61%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group;the CD3+ and CD4+ levels of the observation group were higher than the control group, and the CD8+ level was lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant.significance.Conclusion:Shengxue decoction combined with Xelox chemotherapy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with metastatic colon cancer, which can significantly improve the immune function of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
