摘 要:为揭示各参数对可变气门系统中比例电磁阀开启响应特性的影响机理及交互作用规律,更有效的进行比例电磁阀的优化设计,利用Ansoft软件建立了动态仿真模型,通过试验验证,发现电磁阀的开启阶段响应时间最大误差为4%,验证了模型的准确性。通过该模型分析了驱动电压、弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力、电阻及运动件质量等参数对电磁阀开启响应时间的影响,得出影响其开启响应时间的主要因素为驱动电压、弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力、电阻。结合实验设计思路,进行了相关性分析,得出各参数与开启响应时间的相关系数。结果表明,各参数及交互形成的参数与开启响应时间存在相关性;参数自身交互形成的二次因素与开启响应时间的相关性与一次因素与开启响应时间的相关性有着不同的规律。In order to reveal the influence mechanism and interaction rules of each parameter on the response characteristic of proportional solenoid valve in variable valve system,the optimal design of the proportional solenoid valve is more effective.A dynamic simulation model was established by Ansoft software.Through experimental verification,it was found that the maximum error of the response time of the solenoid valve in the opening phase was 4%,which verified the accuracy of the model.The influence of parameters such as driving voltage,spring stiffness,spring preload,resistance and mass of moving parts on the opening response time of the solenoid valve was analyzed through this model,and the main factors influencing the opening response time were the driving voltage,spring stiffness,and spring.Preload,resistance.Combined with experimental design ideas,correlation analysis was conducted and the correlation coefficient between each parameter and open response time was obtained.The results show that there are correlations between the parameters and the parameters formed by the interaction and the opening response time;the correlation between the secondary factors formed by the parameters themselves and the opening response time and the correlation between the first factor and the opening response time have different rules.
