南宁市新生儿家长G6PD缺乏症防治知识的认知与态度调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解南宁市新生儿家长对G6PD缺乏症知识的认知与态度,为开展G6PD缺乏症防治宣传工作提供依据。方法:对南宁市1141名新生儿家长进行问卷调查。结果:具备G6PD缺乏症相关知识的新生儿家长为210人(18.4%);知识的获取途径和新生儿家长的学历是影响家长G6PD缺乏症知晓率的主要因素(P<0.001);95.8%的家长对新生儿G6PD筛查持支持态度,85.7%的家长表示若首次筛查结果为阳性会选择复查;若小孩确诊,93.6%的家长表示会严格遵守医嘱,60.3%的家长表示存在照护方面的担心。结论:南宁市新生儿家长对G6PD缺乏症的知晓率较低,新生儿家长对G6PD缺乏症筛查持积极态度但对于确诊存在心理负担。应针对影响家长G6PD缺乏症相关知识知晓水平的主要因素开展健康教育。Objective:To investigate the relevant knowledge level and attitude towards G6 PD deficiency among parents of newborns in Nanning,and provide the basis for the education publicity of the control and prevention of G6 PD deficiency.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1141 parents of newborns in Nanning.Results:210 parents mastered the knowledge of the G6 PD deficiency(18.4%);the access to knowledge and the educational background of the parents of newborns were the main factors affecting the awareness rate of parents of G6 PD deficiency(P<0.001);95.8%parents supported the G6 PD newborn screening,85.7%parents would accept follow-up tests and diagnosis if the initial screening result was positive;If their babies were diagnosed with G6 PD deficiency,93.6%parents stated that they would strictly obey the doctor’s advises,while 60.3%parents worried about caring.Conclusion:The knowledge of G6 PD deficiency was low among the parents of newborns in Nanning,they had positive attitude to newborn G6 PD screening but had psychological burden on the determination of G6 PD deficiency.The health education should carry out targeted for the major influence factors of the awareness rate of G6 PD deficiency.
