摘  要:目的:对贵州省某三甲医院产科医师医疗服务绩效进行评价,为医院制定正确导向的绩效评价方式提供参考依据。方法:根据产科12名主治医师2017年病案首页数据,运用综合指数法、TOPSIS法和秩和比法进行医师绩效综合评价,并采用Copeland法进行组合排序。结果:3种综合评价方式经Spearman相关分析,r值分别为0.972、0.888、0.860,P<0.001。组合综合评价结果显示,医师A、B、C医疗服务绩效评价排名最高,医师L、I、J医疗服务绩效相对较差。结论:基于DRG的3种综合评价方法,综合评价了医疗服务的能力、效率、质量3个维度,Copeland组合评价方式相较于单一综合评价方式更为全面、客观,科室可根据实际需求选择不同的综合评价方案。Objective:To evaluate the performance of medical services of obstetrician in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Guizhou province based on the comprehensive index method,TOPSIS method,and RSR method,and combining the results of 3 comprehensive evaluation methods by Copeland method,providing a reference for the hospital to formulate a correctly oriented performance evaluation method.Methods:According to the 12 obstetricians’medical record data of 2017,using the comprehensive index method,TOPSIS method and RSR method to evaluate the performance of obstetricians’medical services,and combining the results by Copeland method.Results:According to the Spearman correlation analysis,the r values were 0.972,0.888,0.860,P<0.001.Comprehensive evaluation method results showed that physicians A,B,and C had the highest medical service performance evaluation rankings,and physicians L,I,and J had relatively poor medical service performance.Conclusion:Three comprehensive evaluation methods based on DRG comprehensively evaluate the three dimensions of medical service capabilities,efficiency,and quality.The Copeland method is more comprehensive and objective than the single comprehensive evaluation method,and departments can choose different comprehensive evaluation methods according to actual needs.
