摘  要:目的:建立基于DRG的临床护理单元岗位价值评价方案,客观评价各临床护理单元岗位价值贡献大小,为科学实施医院护士岗位管理提供依据。方法:以DRG理论为基础,采用量性与质性相结合的研究方法,建立以工作量为核心,兼顾工作效率、技术难度、工作风险和工作质量的评价指标体系,制定评价流程和结果判定标准,从而构建临床护理单元岗位价值评价方案,并对78个临床护理单元进行岗位价值评价。结果:建立了临床护理单元价值评价方案,护理管理者对方案应用效果的满意率达90.21%,2019年1-10月与2018年同期相比,护理不良事件和护理纠纷投诉的发生率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),出院患者对护理工作的满意率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:评价方案可操作性强,方案中量性评价指标体系设计合理,结果判定标准清晰客观。本方案可为护士岗位管理工作提供参考依据。Objective:To establish a DRG-based clinical nursing unit job value evaluation program,objectively evaluate the contribution value of each clinical nursing unit,and provide a basis for the scientific implementation of hospital nurse job management.Methods:Based on DRG(Diagnosis Related Groups)theory,a quantitative and qualitative research method was adopted to establish an evaluation index system with workload as the core,taking into account work efficiency,technical difficulty,work risk and work quality,and formulating evaluation Process and result judgment criteria,construct a post value evaluation plan for clinical nursing units,and conduct post value evaluation for 78 clinical nursing units.Results:A clinical nursing unit value evaluation program was established.The satisfaction rate of nursing managers with the application effect of the program reached 90.21%.Compared with the same period in 2018,the incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing dispute complaints had significant statistical differences(P<0.01).The nursing work of discharged patients There was a significant statistical difference in the satisfaction rate(P<0.01).Conclusion:The quantitative evaluation index system in the plan is reasonable in design,the evaluation plan is highly operable,and the result determination criteria are clear and objective.This plan can provide a reference for the management of nurses’positions.
