摘 要:目的:探讨改良式四步教学法在心血管疾病介入诊疗医师培训中的应用效果,为优化医师培训提供参考。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年12月在武汉市某大学附属医院参加心血管疾病介入诊疗医师培训学员为研究对象,进行理论和操作考核以及自编问卷调查。结果:改良式四步教学法在理论知识[(94.0±4.1)VS.(90.6±3.5),P<0.05]和介入操作技能考核成绩[(90.4±5.3)VS.(87.3±3.9),P<0.05]这两方面均明显高于经典四步教学法。改良式四步教学法在教师满意度、学生满意度和病人满意度中评分均明显高于经典四步教学法(P<0.05)。结论:改良式四步教学法能够提高心血管疾病介入诊疗医师培训的教学质量。Objective:To explore teaching effects of improved four-step teaching method in the physician training of interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,to provide reference for optimizing physician training.Method:Between January 2016 and December 2018,students who attended training program for interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease in a hospital affiliated to university were selected for the survey.The teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaire and interventional operation examination.Result:Basic theory knowledge[(94.0±4.1)VS.(90.6±3.5),P<0.05]and the skill of operation score[(90.4±5.3)VS.(87.3±3.9),P<0.05]in improved four step teaching group were superior to traditional control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the classic four-step teaching method,the improved four-step teaching method significantly enhanced scores in teacher satisfaction,student satisfaction and patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved four-step teaching method can improve the effects of the physician training of interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
