摘 要:为了提高电网规划方案评估的准确性,选择更优的电网规划方案,提出了基于层次分析法和支持向量机的电网规划方案评估与优选方法。首先利用层次分析法建立电网规划方案评估指标体系,并对各指标的权值进行确定,然后将评估指标作为支持向量机输入,电网规划方案期望得分作为支持向量机输出,通过支持向量机训练拟合评估指标和电网规划方案得分之间的映射关系,建立电网规划方案评估模型,并根据评估结果选择最优电网规划方案。实例分析结果表明,所研究方法可以合理确定评估指标的权值,可以对电网规划方案进行准确评估,为电网规划方案选择提供了科学依据。A method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and support vector machine(SVM)was proposed to improve the accuracy of power grid planning scheme evaluation and select a better power grid planning scheme.Firstly,AHP was used to establish the evaluation index system of power grid planning scheme,and the weight of each index was determined.Then,the evaluation index was applied as the input of support vector machine,and the expected score of power grid planning scheme was used as the output of support vector machine.The mapping relationship between the evaluation index and the score of power grid planning scheme was fitted by training support vector machine to establish the evaluation of power grid planning scheme.The optimal power grid planning scheme was selected according to the evaluation results.The results of case analysis show that the weight of evaluation index can be reasonably determined for accurate power grid planning scheme,providing a scientific basis for the selection of power scheme.
