摘　　要：寡转移是一种以数量有限的转移性肿瘤为特征的癌症疾病阶段,涉及单个或少数器官,其生物学特性使其可能适合于局部抗肿瘤治疗。目前的临床数据显示,它们可能通过手术切除或(和)放射治疗(RT)延长患者寿命。然而,从原发性肿瘤到寡转移,而不是多转移的进展机制尚不清楚。虽然目前寡转移性前列腺癌(PCa)的生物学定义仍然不定,但一个基于在实体恶性肿瘤中出现5个或更少的转移性或复发性病变的定义被广泛使用。寡转移性PCa被认为是一种独立于多转移性疾病的临床显著状态,并且被认为比其他转移性表型具有更低的侵袭性。雄激素剥夺疗法(ADT)是PCa和转移性疾病患者的标准治疗方法。回顾性研究表明,根治性前列腺切除术(RP)和局部或转移性RT等干预措施可在转移性环境中进行,且毒性作用风险最小,这类治疗已被证明可以降低后续姑息干预的风险。为此我们总结了多种治疗寡转移性PCa的方法。Oligometastasis is a stage of cancer disease characterized by a limited number of metastatic tumors involving single or few organs,whose biological properties make it suitable for topical anti-tumor therapy.Current clinical data suggest that they may prolong the life of patients by surgical resection or/and radiation therapy.However,the mechanism of progression from primary tumors to oligometastasis rather than multiple metastases remains unclear.Although the biological definition of oligometastatic prostate cancer is still elusive,a definition based on the presence of five or fewer metastatic or recurrent lesions in solid malignancies has been widely used.Oligometastatic prostate cancer is considered to be a clinically significant state independent of multi-metastatic disease and to be less invasive than other metastatic phenotypes.Androgen deprivation therapy(ADT)is the standard treatment for patients with prostate cancer and metastatic disease.Retrospective studies have shown that interventions such as radical prostatectomy and local or metastatic radiation therapy can be performed in a metastatic environment with minimal risk of toxicity,and such treatment has been shown to reduce the risk of subsequent palliative interventions.In this review,we summarize a variety of methods for treating oligometastatic prostate cancer.
