摘　　要：高校学报编辑与研究生作者进行有效的沟通,不仅可以提高稿件质量,而且可以提高研究生作者的写作积极性,培养其严谨的科学态度和实事求是的工作作风。通过分析高校学报编辑与研究生作者的无效沟通交流,阐述高校学报编辑与研究生作者有效沟通的重要性,提出与研究生作者进行有效沟通的策略:高校学报编辑应增强责任心、加强服务意识和具有较强的学习能力。高校学报编辑运用一定的沟通策略,实现与研究生作者的有效沟通。Effective communication between university journal editors and postgraduate authors can not only improve the quality of manuscripts,but also improve the writing enthusiasm of postgraduates,and cultivate their rigorous scientific attitude and practical and realistic work style.By analyzing the ineffective communication between university journal editors and postgraduate authors,this paper expounds the importance of effective communication between university journal editors and postgraduate authors.It is suggested that the editors of university journals should strengthen their sense of responsibility,service consciousness and learning ability.The editors of university journals use certain communication strategies to achieve effective communication with postgraduate authors.
