腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石的效果

摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的胆囊结石合并胆管结石患者92例,将患者进行随机分组。给予对照组患者常规手术治疗,给予研究组患者腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间和术后并发症的发生率,以及两组患者术后第2天的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比和C反应蛋白。结果研究组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比和C反应蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石患者,能够降低术中出血量,缩短手术时间及出院时间,减少感染等并发症的发生率,具有较好的应用效果,推荐临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones.Methods 92 patients with gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional surgery and the research group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The postoperative bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time and incidence rate of postoperative complication of the two groups were compared.The white blood cell count,neutrophilic granulocyte and C-reactive protein of the two groups on the second day after operation were compared.Results The bleeding volume,operation time and hospitalization time of the research group were all less than those of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complication was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the white blood cell count,neutrophilic granulocyte and C-reactive protein were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and discharge time,and reduce the incidence of complication such as infection,which is better application effect,recommend clinical application.
