摘 要:在传统的混凝土生产中,原材料检验、拌和、半成品检测,均采用人工检测或操作机械的方式判定其是否达到设计要求。在大型工程建设中,依靠人工操作生产混凝土的模式已无法满足施工实际需求。本文阐述了大型混凝土生产中信息技术、智能技术的应用,并评价了其对混凝土拌和系统计量控制、生产效率的影响。In the traditional concrete production,the quality of raw materials,concrete mixing,and semi-finished products was mainly tested by manual detection or manually operated machinery to distinguish whether they meet the designed requirements or not.In large-scale engineering constructions,manual operation or detection-based concrete production cannot meet the practical construction demands.In this paper,the applications of digital management and intelligent control were introduced in large-scale concrete production.The metrological control and digital management efficiency of concrete mixing system were assessed.
