摘　　要：伴随着高等教育大众化的步伐,高校扩招现状,高校就业困难问题不断凸显。文章结合当今社会就业压力现状,对就业困难学生进行科学定义,其就业困难有个人、学校和社会三方面原因,最后从创新创业角度提出可行性对策。With the popularization of higher education and the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the problem of employment difficulties in colleges and universities is constantly highlighted.Based on the current situation of employment pressure,this paper scientifically defines the"students with employment difficulties".It points out the reasons for employment difficulties from the aspects of individual,school and society,and puts forward feasible countermeasures from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
