摘  要:目前,淮阴师范学院房地产开发与管理专业学生的专业认同度总体处于中等水平。社会对房地产开发与管理专业认识存在偏差,专业培养目标不够明确,课程设置过于宽泛,专业实践教学目的性不强,学生学习主动性较低,是房地产开发与管理专业学生认同现状的主要原因,并据此提出相应建议。At present,the professional identity of real estate development and management students in Huaiyin Normal University is in the middle level.The society has a biased understanding of the major of real estate development and management;the training goal of the major is not clear;the curriculum is too broad;the professional practice teaching needs to be further improved.The low initiative of students is the main reason for the low professional identity of the students majoring in real estate development and management and some suggestions are put forward accordingly in this paper.
