摘  要:针对仓库管理信息系统课程教学中学生学习积极性不高、效果不佳的问题,通过问卷和访谈调查分析学生学习需求,从教学供给侧改革实现供需匹配的视角,聚焦学生学习需求,重新进行教学设计并开展教学实践。目标上突出能力诉求,并重视学习与思维方法训练;内容上以系统开发项目为牵引和主线,分专题理论精讲、研讨案例并开展实操实训;方法上综合运用参与式、翻转、现地、思维导图等多种方式,构建开放式课堂分教学阶段实施。In view of the problem that the students'learning enthusiasm is not high and the effect is not good in the course teaching of Warehouse Management Information System,and through questionnaire and interview investigation on the students'learning demand,this paper focuses on the students'learning demand,redesigns the teaching content,and carries out the teaching practice from the perspective of supply-side teaching reform to realize the matching of supply and demand.The aim is to highlight the students'ability cultivation,and to focus on learning and thinking methods training;in terms of content,this article takes the system development project as the traction and the main line,divides into the special topic theory intensive lecture,the discussion of the cases and the actual practice training;in terms of methods,this paper advocates the comprehensive teaching methods of students'participation,flipped classroom,field teaching,mind map etc.to construct an open classroom to implement staged teaching.
