摘　　要：作为世界上移民与留学热点的国家之一,澳大利亚的中高等教育业素来是该国的支柱产业,同时也形成了颇具特色的教育管理模式。该文作者通过在澳大利亚国立大学访学期间的学习交流实践,围绕以学生为主体的教育理念,对其育人管理模式进行了初步的分析和探究。结合国内高校学生管理工作现状,对育人管理模式的构建提出了一些新的思考方向。As one of the most popular countries in the world for immigration and studying,Australia’s secondary and higher education has always been the country’s pillar industry,and also has formed a characteristic education management model.Being a visiting scholar in Australian National University,the author makes a preliminary analysis and exploration on its educational management model,centering on the student-oriented education concept.Combined with the present situation of student management in domestic colleges and universities,the author puts forward some new directions for the construction of educational management.
