摘  要:翻转课堂舶来自英文"Flipped Classroom"或"Inverted Classroom",指的是将传统的教师"填鸭式"或"满堂灌"教学方式,调整为以学生自学为主的课堂,教师只是学生学习的辅导者与监督者,学生学习节奏与进度控制,不在完全依靠教师,而是转交给学生。这种以学生为主、教师为辅卫生岗位特色英语课程"翻转课堂"教学模式下,更有利于学生专注、主动的学习,更有利于学生获得更深层次的理解,提高英语学习的效率。Flipped classroom is also called "inverted classroom", which means to adjust the traditional teaching method of "cramming" or "spoon-feeding" to a classroom dominated by students’ self-study. The teacher is only the tutor and supervisor of students’ learning. Students’ learning rhythm and progress are not completely controlled by teachers, but by the students. This kind of "flipped classroom" teaching model, which is mainly dominated by students and assisted by teachers, is more conducive to students’ focused and active learning, to students’ deeper understanding, and to the improvement of the efficiency of English learning.
