摘　　要：大数据的到来,给社会发展的各个领域带来了重大的变革,使人们的生活发生翻天覆地的变化,成为促进社会经济发展的新动能。随着当前数据集的规模不断地扩大,其相关的数据产业得到了飞速的发展,这一行业的应用需求量随之更为广泛,进而催生了大数据应用型人才需求了巨大缺口。高校作为人才培养的主阵地,肩负着为社会培养所需要的高素质应用型人才的重要使命。对于高校来说,如何采取有效措施来提高大数据应用型人才培养质量是其关注的重要问题。为此,高校需先从大数据应用型人才培养的必要性和重要性着手分析,在此基础上深入的探究高校大数据应用型人才培养路径。The arrival of big data has brought great changes to various fields of social development,making people’s lives change dramatically and become a new driving force to promote social and economic development.With the continuous expansion of the current data set scale,its related data industry has developed rapidly,the application demand of this industry will be more extensive,which has created a huge gap in the demand for big data application talents.As the main position of talent training,colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of training high-quality applied talents for the society.For colleges and universities,how to take effective measures to improve the quality of big data applied talent training is an important issue of concern.Therefore,colleges and universities need to start from the necessity and importance of big data applied talent training,and on this basis,make in-depth exploration of big data applied talent training path.
