摘  要:盐类泻药的泄下机理分析是兽医药理学以及药理学消化系统章节中重要的一项实验教学。传统教学实验设计是在麻醉家兔肠管上分析肠管内容物的容积变化,进而观察盐类泻药的泻下现象。实验极易受家兔肠道内容物的颜色、数量、性状等因素干扰,通常实验效果并不明显,并不能给予学生对泻药泻下机理的视觉观察。该文的研究将具有鲜艳颜色的叶绿素染料与盐类泻药联合用药,对实验用小鼠应用灌胃给药方式,继而观察小鼠肠内容物的移动距离、肠体积变化和结肠中粪便情况。在染料的帮助下,盐类泻药对小鼠的泻下效果极其明显,从而显著增加了学生对盐类泻药泻下机理的理解与掌握,在节约实验动物经费的同时,更提高了实验教学质量。Analysis of the mechanism of salt laxatives is an important experiment teaching in the chapters of the digestive system in the course of Veterinary Pharmacology and Pharmacology.The traditional teaching experiment design for salt laxatives is to analyze and observe the volume change of intestinal contents of anesthetized rabbits,which is very easily interfered by various factors such as color,quantity,and character of the contents of the intestinal tract.So,the experiment effect is usually not obvious,and it cannot give students a visual observation of the mechanism of laxatives.In this study,a drug combination of brightly colored chlorophyll dyes and salt laxatives is applied to experimental mice by gavage,and then the movement distance of intestinal contents,changes in intestinal volume,and feces in the colon are observed.With the help of dyes,the laxative effect of salt laxatives on mice is extremely obvious,which significantly increases students’understanding and grasp of the mechanism of salt laxatives,improving the quality of experiment teaching while saving experimental animal funding.
