摘　　要：班级是学校的基本单位,是学生的载体,是学生来到学校的港湾,是学生共同的一个大家庭。一个班级的学生从互不认识到互相了解,这就是学生大学生活重要的一部分。班级作为学校管理的基础教学单位,也是开展学生管理和学生工作的基础,而班级如何才能建设得更好,班级的学生干部是关键,如何让一个班级发挥出班级集体的作用,班干部起到了不可或缺的作用。老师如何更好的开展学生工作,班级学生干部是重要的桥梁和纽带。良好的班级学生干部培养与管理方式方法和技巧是做好班级学生工作必不可少的一部分。Class is the basic unit of the school,the carrier of the students,and a big family shared by the students.From being strangers to getting to know each other is an important part of students'college life.As the basic teaching unit of school management,class is also the basis of student management and student work.Class student cadres are play a key in how to build class better and how to let a class play its role.Class student cadres are an important bridge and link for teachers to better carry out student work.Good training and management methods and skills of class student cadres are an essential part of class management work.
