摘　　要：目前大学生心理健康教育虽然得到国家的普遍重视,但是面临着巨大的学业、就业及生活压力,大学生仍然存在很多方面的心理困扰。未来取向作为个体对于未来的思考和规划过程,对个体当前的认知活动具有重要的引导作用。心理健康教育活动从发展的角度出发,引导学生思考当下与未来,促进学生的自我实现。以提升未来取向为目标的心理健康教育活动有助于减少大学生心理问题,为促进大学生积极发展提供参考。At present,although mental health education of college students has been widely paid attention to by our country,college students still have many psychological troubles when facing the huge pressure of study,employment and life.As an individual's thinking and planning process for the future,future orientation plays an important role in guiding the individual's current cognitive activities.From the perspective of development,mental health education activities guide students to think about the present and future and promote their self-realization.The mental health education activities aimed at improving the future orientation can help reduce the psychological problems and provide references for the positive development of college students.
