摘  要:柔性版印刷属轻压力凸版印刷,在印刷过程中网点大小和形状对印刷质量有着非常重要的影响。在分析柔性版网点三维尺寸的基础上,以厚度为1.73mm、加网线数为175lip的柔性版为对象,建立柔性版圆形顶端和平形顶端圆形网点的有限元分析模型。引用柔性版载荷与弹性模量关系,对不同网点覆盖率的网点模型进行有限元计算。在相同印刷条件下,由有限元分析网点变形情况,并通过定义网点接触扩大率和网点扩大值,可以得出:(1)平形顶端网点的接触面扩大率和网点扩大值均优于圆形顶端网点;(2)高光区由于顶端截面小,载荷不确定性增加,接触面扩大率不稳定,属于复制困难区;(3)网点覆盖率在40%~60%时,网点的扩大值最为明显,属于柔性版印刷敏感区。Flexible printing is a way of light pressure relief printing, and the dot size and shape have a very important influence on the printing quality in the printing process. Taking the flexible plate of 1.73 mm thickness and 175 lip density as the object, the finite element analysis model of circular dot with round top and flat top is established based on analyzing the three-dimensional size of the dot. According to the relation between the load and elastic modulus of flexible plate, the models with different dot coverage are calculated. By finite element analysis of dot deformation and defining dot contact expansion rate and dot expansion value, the following conclusions can be drawn under the same printing condition. 1)Not only to the contact surface expansion rate but also to the dot expansion value, flat top dot are better than round top dot. 2)Due to the small top section, the load uncertainty increases, and the expansion rate of contact surface is unstable, the highlight area belongs to the replication difficulty area. 3)When the dot coverage is 40%~ 60%, the dot expansion is the most obvious, which is the sensitive area of flexography.
