摘  要:运用PROⅡ模拟软件对间歇精馏分离碳酸甲乙酯和碳酸二乙酯的过程进行模拟,并通过实验对模拟方法进行了验证。考察了回流比、理论板数、回流罐持液量和投料量对碳酸甲乙酯收率和碳酸二乙酯保留率的影响。结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为:产品段回流比R1为5,过渡段回流比R2为25,理论板数为40,不设置回流罐,采用回流比控制器的回流方式,投料量大于2 h。在此条件下碳酸甲乙酯收率大于0.95,碳酸二乙酯保留率大于0.65。The process of separating EMC and DEC by batch distillation was simulated using the PROⅡsoftware to provide fundamental basis for industrial production of EMC.And experiments were conducted to verify the simulation method.The influences of reflux ratio,theoretical plate number,amount of liquid holdup in reflux tank and amount of initial charge onyield of ethyl methyl carbonate(EMC)and recovery rate of diethyl carbonate(DEC)were investigated.And the appropriate process conditions were obtained:the reflux ratio of the product withdrawal periodR1 is 5,the reflux ratio of slop cut withdrawal R2 is 25,the theoretical plate number is 40,no reflux tank is set and reflux controller is adopted,and the amount of initial chargeis more than 2 h.Under the above conditions the yield of EMC and the recovery rate of DEC are more than 0.95 and 0.65,respectively.
